This blog will also address a major aspect of bboying that is often given minimal attention on forums etc. Which is how to take care of your body in order to continue bboying. Keeping healthy, taking precautions to avoid injury and optimizing recovery allowing you to comfortably train more frequently. Bboying takes a huge amount of fitness and athleticism, so we need to treat ourselves as athletes.
